Correspondence. This site has no contact form. When you use an "Email to Inquire" link, the message is sent from your own email app, so we receive your email address, name, and whatever you choose to include — only to respond to you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; business-purpose category under CCPA).

Technical data. Our hosting and content-delivery providers (Lovable and Cloudflare) automatically process your IP address, browser and device information, and pages requested in server logs, solely to deliver pages and keep the site secure (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Analytics. None are currently installed. If we ever add privacy-respecting analytics, they load only after you explicitly allow the Analytics category in the consent banner (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR consent). Nothing is collected while analytics are off.

Web fonts. This site's typeface is served by Adobe Fonts (Adobe Inc.). Loading fonts is a functional, non-tracking request, but because your IP address is transmitted to Adobe when the fonts load, the fonts are gated behind the Functional category and do not load until you consent. Declining simply means the site displays in a system font.

No method is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the authorities of any breach where the law requires it.

If this policy changes we will update the date above and, where required, ask for fresh consent. Material changes apply only going forward.
